    Ok, hoping that if I start a food diary, I can see what I am eating and not cheating myself. Feel free to comment if I am getting this wrong in any way, as I am doing this from home. Unless otherwise stated, I am on EE

    Bubble & Squeak (made from leftover mash potato, cabbage, cauliflower & broccoli from last nights dinner)

    few slices of wafer thin honey roast turkey

    onion rings
    baked potato halves with cheese & onion filling (wondering if I can use the cheese from my HEA for this)

    dinner is well syned, but not sure how many.

    chicken 'fried' rice with onion and mushroom
    (chicken breast, cut into strips and marinated in chinese five spice & soy sauce, dry fried in stonewell pan. Steamed long grain rice, fried with frylight, added 2 eggs, soy sauce and an onion, mushrooms fried with frylight and combined everything together) Yummy

    Thanks Tiger-Lily. I sometimes struggle to get my 1/3 SF foods on my plate, especially at lunchtime. I find the soup helps to achieve this (and it is very filling too). I'm sure it won't take long before I'm sick of the sight of soup, but I'll persevere as long as I can.
