Hiya all.

I am a mid 30s single female and have been doing SW online for almost 4 weeks. Week 1 i lost 10.5lbs. Great. 2nd week i lost 2lbs. Still a happy bunny.

Then last week I put on 2 ...i know why as I went over my dailies by a fair few. Thought Id pull it back around this week and was doing pretty well ... And then yesterday I went over and today ... Today Ive not stopped eating rubbish. So I think I need to keep a diary ... Somewhere I can be a bit more accountable.

Think the reason Ive been eating rubbish the last 2 days is because I've been leaving too long between meals and not planned anything.

Am going to get my mojo back tomorrow. I'm 5ft7 and have around 8 stones I need to lose now to get a healthy BMI. I am so looking forward to achieving my mini goals though. My first being to get down into the 17s (about a stone away).

So I'll start diarising (prob not a word! Lol) tomorrow.

Any help, advice, support, etc is really appreciated.

Thanks all.

Breakfast - 40g all bran (hea) with 375ml lacto free skimmed milk (heb). Decaf coffee and a banana.

Snack - 2 clementines and decaf coffee

Lunch - sw world chips (3 baked potatoes with spray oil) and cucumber

Not sure what's for dinner yet as feeling pretty stuffed. Ate too many chips ... My only saving grace is that theyre free. :-S

Craving comfort food today ... Well that and a duvet. One of those bleh days.
 
Opps ... (Understatement there). Ended up eating McDonalds and ice cream.

Line under it. Tomorrow I will eat the same brekkie ... Baked potato for lunch with cottage cheese or beans and salad ... Home made chick curry and rice for dinner. There's the plan. :) Roll on tomorrow.

Will weigh in tomorrow but know it is defo a gain. I vow itll be coming off again :)
