My fabulous diary for 2014!
My name is Natasha and I love my food!
I've tried SW several times in the past and lost weight but always managed to fall off the plan!
A few months ago, my wonderful OH asked me to marry him to I have a deadline now to get to target! :eek: After reading the stories on here, I thought I'd give SW another go..
This time I plan to incorporate more than extra easy into my life, trying to cut down on carbs as I know they bloat me and increase the superfree and super speedy foods into my diary! At the minute, I am loosely following paleo but decided that carbs are really hard to cut out altogether!
I have a gym upstairs so I have no excuse not to get some exercise! :D
Please feel free to leave a comment and keep me on the straight and narrow! :flirt2:

Well we went out for caroling and I fell off the wagon...
Had 2 glasses mulled wine and half mince pie..
Came home and had my rogan josh and then started on the nibbles! Half kettles chrisps bag,one bite of xmas cake and half terrys chocolate orange!
Going to bed soon as I really don't want to eat any more.. lol
Feeling very bloated but at least I've started my journey.nobody said it would be easy....
