Hi all, I thought I'd post and hopefully you call all help to keep my on track.
So far I've lost 12.5lbs but lacking motivation the last few days. Hopefully you all have some great nuggets of wisdom!
So far today I've had a banana and a muller light. Lunch is pasta with 2.5syn sauce and veg and fruit. Don't know about dinner yet.
