    Hey everyone

    I have been on Slimming World for about 4 days now! I am still trying to get used to my new way of life! I am hoping to use this post as a food diary and also upload some pictures of my food, if it looks at all presentable!

    So today I had...

    B - muller light fat free toffee yog + blueberries. Tea with milk (HEXA)
    L- homemade vegetable soup + 2 small slices of wholemeal bread (HEXB)
    D- qourn mince, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and tomato purée. Wholemeal pasta.
    Snack - muller light fat free vanilla yogurt.
    Syns - XL cheese crisps (9syns)
    Liquid- water, tea and Pepsi max

    I may have indulged in the crisps a little but I had a pretty stressful day (had a fuel cap drama, but I found it). And I also hadn't eaten any crisps or Chocolate over the weekend! None!

    If I am doing anything wrong please let me know! Or if you have any other food ideas please share

    Todays Food diary...

    B - One slice of medium wholemeal bread (HEXB) with butter (2 Syns) + A banana
    L - Qourn Mince, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, mushrooms and onions + Fat free vanilla mullerlight yog + A banana
    D - Bacon (no fat), Boiled egg and beans
    Snacks - Mullerlight yog + space raiders (4 Syns)
    Syns - Butter (2syns) + Space raiders (4 Syns) = 6 Syns today
    Liquid - Coffee with Milk (HEXA), pepsi max and water

    I am thinking of making some sweet scones tonight with a recipe I found on another slimming blog! If they taste good I will let you all know and post a picture with the recipe!

    I am also booked into two gym classes tomorrow, I just hope this doesn't affect my weight loss. A friend at work doing slimming world said her consultant advised her not to work out as it can affect your weight loss...

    I made them last night! Will post a wee pic with recipe when I get home they tasted good but a little too sweet for me. Will need to find a different way to make them sweet that won't be sickly and is still free

    Recipe;

    1 packet of mash flakes
    1 Muller light yogurt
    2 eggs.

    Mix all together and roll into balls. Stick in the oven for 20-30 minutes!

    I suppose using a different flavour muller will give a less sweet taste, I'll give them a try, I've only had savoury scones. I like the plate they're on
