So I have only just joined up to this sight and only started slimming world on Monday but another member sugested I start a food diary to track my progress :) So I will start with yesterday. Then add todays this evening!!;)

Breakfast - 2bananas
Lunch - Syn free pasta, pasta, chicken pieces, peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms, green beans, tin tomatoes. (Made about 6severings in total) and an apple.
Snack - Banana.
Dinner - Chicken (cooked in slow cooker with one tablespoon of honey) Syn free chips, brocoli, frozen peas, green beans, tablespoon of saladcream.

Syns - 2.5/15

Today so far (Will prob write each day out as it goes so don't forget) :rolleyes:

Breakfast - 2pieces of kingsmill toast, 3 scrambled eggs (made in microwave)
Lunch - Chicken salad : lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, tomato 20grams chicken. 2teaspoons salad cream. 1 banana, 1 apple. 1 cup of cappicino (no milk but 2teaspoons sugar)
Dinner - bacon (cooked with no fat on griddle pan) sweet potato chips with 1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (but made two portions so only 3syns) half tin beans
Snack - apple

Dont know how many syns in my coffee but cause I made a stupid choice at breakfast I'm sure I have gone over :(

Ok so shopping came today so I offically have the right things for the plan :)

Friday 20th March
Breakfast - cup of instant coffee with 2sugars and an apple.
Snack - Toffee muller light
Lunch - medium jacket potato with cheese (healthy extra) and salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion) and 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Snack - cappichino with two sugars n a apple
Dinner - Cottage pie : quorn mince, peas, sweetcorn, tin of baked beans, tin of tomatoes, 6tsp of bisto gravy (but it made 4portions) mash potato with splash of milk and 80g cheese (but again 4portions)
Snack - Muller light orange with dark choc

Syns today 9. :)

Sunday 22nd March
Breakfast - 1slice toast with reduced sugar jam. 1banana. Coffe with one sugar
Snack - muller light skinny cappuccino
Lunch - medium jacket potato and half can of beans. (Only ate 3/4)
Snack - apple (real small, burnt, cupcake with choc chips) maybe 4.5syns was real small
Dinner - leak & potato soup (sw syn free) and one slice bread.

Ok & I have just found out my vittalie spread is a syn food :( so will be adding that up in future too :(

First ever weigh in this morning!!!!

So was rather good all morning ;)

Breakfast - banana and coffee with one sugar.

Weighed in at midday..... 10stone exactly!! Lost 1lb. Ok so not a massive loss but that purely through sw no exercise has been started. Its a step in the right direction!! :)

Lunch - boiled eggs with 1tbsp lighter mayo. As sandwich(3) with salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onion) and muller light vanilla.
Dinner - 2pork &apple sausages, syn free chips, 2eggs, brocoli, peas, sweetcorn.
Snack - apple

Syns - 9

Today being Tuesday means a 9-5 shift at work. This is where I struggle as the kids make cakes or have crackers n cheese for snack etc... So far nothing apart from my food as passed my lips :)

Breakfast - 2shedded wheat, 175ml whole milk.
Lunch - egg mayo sandwich. 1slice bread syned) 9 for lunch :( and an apple.

I'm not on snack today so that helps ;) but i might have some fruit as wont have dinner till almost 7 :/
 
Wednesday, another 9-5 shift :)

Lunch - pasta salad : pasta, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, tuna, 1tbsp light mayo (2.5syns) apple
Dinner - Sweet rice : rice, chicken, onion, peppers, sweetcorn, peas, scrambled egg 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce(1.5syns), 30g cheese. (Hex)
Snack - small piece sponge cake (7syns)

Syns - 14

I have English tests today for my level 3diploma (funny how they dont tell you your gcse's only last for 5years) So I have had a big breakfast today. And taking a small lunch with me :)

Breakfast - porridge(hexB), milk(hexA) with banana and apple chopped up in it. A coffee with 1sugar(2syns). (Cant wait till my sweeteners arrive tomorrow and I can enjoy my coffees again)
Lunch - Same pasta salad as yesterday. Pasta, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, tuna and 1tbsp mayo(2syns). and an apple for afters :)
Dinner - Rice. Same as yesterday. Rice, chicken, sweetcorn, peas, peppers, onion. 30g cheese (hexA) 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce. (3syns) Muller light for desert.

Syns 7 :)

Hmmm might have gone a bit overboard with dinner :(

It was around 500grams of potatoes. Doesnt sound like much but I ate the WHOLE thing :(
Worst thing is.... Im still feeling like a desert :(

Oh well..... Syns wise I've been good (1.5syns all day somehow) so will prob snack on muller light n have the curly wurly I been saving my syns for ;)

Before that.... Think I will do some housework to burn off some of my dinner :)

So yesterday we went to the butchers and they do a family pack for £12 and its great quality. I got a pork joint already stuffed so I need to be super good today so I can enjoy my roast dinner with the crackling and gravy tomorrow :/

Breakfast - coffee, apple, muller light.

Hope I do ok as am planing on a fakeaway tonight of hot dogs but Asda sent me bloody white rolls not brown :(
 
Wow... What a day :( Having a very poorly baby boy who has sickness and diareha :'( Hate seeing him so ill :( projectile vomiting from his high chair is not funny at all :(

So I have been naughty. N actually I dont feel bad as i have lost 3lbs this week and sometimes u just need to gorge ;) .

Lunch - 3boiled eggs with 1slice bread (HexB) Marg (1.5syns)
Snack - Apple
Dinner - roast pork, tiny bit stuffing,(1syn) lots and lots of veg, gravy,(4syns) 2 yorkshire puddings (4syns)
Desert - Lemon drizzle cake with 1tbsp double cream

Syns - ??? 10.5 for the dinner n lunch. No idea when adding the pudding :/

But it was worth it for one day ;)

Ahhhhhh :'( Today is just AWFUL!!
After yesterday my son and husband having sickness bug and my son being up half the night, work has now been started on the property next door (was vaccant due to how last people lived) so its banging in every part of the house :'(
We went to visit my dad this morning to get away from it, my son was so poorly he fell asleep on me. He now has conjuctivitus but the doc wouldnt see him despite his face being swallon. So we headed home (me underestimating howloud the banging would be meaning my son has not slept anymore)
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - muller light porridge(hexB ) and a banana and apple.

Then..... Well to put it nicely I also have this sickness bug so have a very empty tummy now. Today is not going well :( At least I wont be gaining weight I suppose B)
Oh also means no work for us this week as working in childcare you are not allowed back till 48hours after your last episode :(

As you can tell it's a really bad day :(

Yesterday was invalid when it came to sw as I kept nothing down :( Today i am eating high energy foods n not much as still feel so rough.
Breakfast - 3slices toast with marg n jam.
Snack - 2alpen light bars, curly wurly.

Just feel so sick but with my son being so poorly i need to keep up my energy somehow :/

Ok so that was all. Prob used about 12 syns up as didn't measure my jam or marg this morning.

Ate nothing else though n still feeling rough. Hoping tomorrow I don't gorge from lack of food for two days :?

Breakfast - banana, muller light strawberry and a coffee xx
Lunch - Small jacket potato, half tin beans, 2dairylea light triangles (HexA) will have other two with dinner. Lettuce, spring onion, mushrooms, peppers and hellmans vinigerette. Very yummy after two days of no food :D
Snack - apple
Dinner - chicken breast steak in batter (9syns) 2slices bread (HexB ) 2dairylea triangles (HexA) wedges and quarter tin beans.

Total syns - 9 (although not sure if i should have syned whole piece of chicken or just the batter)

Really starting to feel like most days are very dejavu with food now n its only been two n a half weeks. Might try n make something different for dinner :/
