Syns 1% Milk

Sorry to harp on about milk....

I know Tescos milk is 1% but is there NO other brand that could be within the 300 ml allowance - it just doesn't seem logical!

Not seen any other 1% milk, I suppose you could mix 1/2 semi with 1/2 skimmed and try that?

Just had a look and Sainsbury's do a 1% milk too

The One, branded 1% milk is the only one that you can have 300mls. Others like Tesco and Sainsbury are only 250mls like the semi-skimmed. Not sure why but presumably a combination of fat and calcium content.

I know that Farmfoods do as well - I'll have to look at all the labels to see why Tescos purple is the only one that you can have 300mls of. It seems set in stone!!

I honestly can't see why it would just be tescos either, I would have no bother in using 300ml of any 1% milk tbh

Yes I agree with you. I know how easy it is to have things you forget to count or son't calculate the syns properly. I am trying to be extra careful until i get into the swing of things.

I see you have done really well - I am going to try to keep up with you...maybe even overtake! Watch this space.....

I must say you don't seem very grizzly to me!

Thanks I didn't realise it was so complicated
