Cheese - HEA and HEB?
Just input my food for today in my diary and noticed that cheese falls into both HEA and HEB........I'm doing a Green day.
Is this right in that I can have 2 lots of cheese?
On a green day you can have cheese for all your healthy extras if you want a two a s and two bs.
I sometimes use three for cheese and one for fibre. Just check weights because the b weight can be different to what is allowed as an a. Also you get more variety as a b for example you can have Brie.
