    Supersize vs Superskinny.

Anyone else love the show? Watching the new episode now on C4.

I don't know how the woman in America copes, the idea of being so big that you can't wash yourself is beyond me.

    Targets
To stay on track and get back to 8st 11lbs. The sooner the better. I didn't appreciate how small I was at that point...now that I've piled the pounds back on I miss what I was.

I love it, can't believe I've missed it, but was out running, will have to catch it when its repeated.

I also like how it shows both sides of the story and not just the bigger people, as both are illnesses and both things which need to be addressed. I did used to worry that some programs could actually push people to become anorexic, fat families for example when he used to talk in a shopping centre about all the sugar or fat in a certain food, but it would be something pretty normal like rice crispies and he'd just bang on about all the sugar but not offer an alternative, I could just imagine impressionable people panicking thinking wow if I can't eat rice crispies I can't eat anything... so yeah its good to see a show that accepts that there are two ways you can go

I watched last week and the skinny girl who had 2 kids she kept saying the kids come 1st (as most mothers would) but why the heck would you want to be so skinny to verge on illness to put kids first surely you look after yourself so you can look after them. Her husband was annoyed with her size and wanted her to change her ways.

Watching it on catch up while also browsing on the internet, so I've missed bits, but the meals I've seen the bigger ladies meals don't look that bad, yeah probably more cheese then needed and white bread, but so far I've seen a jacket with loads of salad, beans and cheese and two poached eggs on toast with cheese.... am I missing the main part of her eating?
