Hey everyone. Have been very slow in my weight losses recently (my own fault due to not staying within my syns!). But am 8lbs away from 10st, which was my target to be by the end of June and at this rate am never going to make it. So am planning on doing a "8lbs in 4 weeks challenge" to get myself to this target. Would help me sooooo much more if I had other people doing it with me and to keep eachother on track when we feel like giving in and having those syns we are not meant to have! As part of my challenge, I am going to try and have no more than 8 syns a day (been having my full 15 before... and then some) as well as trying to stick 100% to plan. Anyone seriously interested in joining me and pushing me/eachother to do this? I really need to the help and motivation!!!
