TEXTY IS ON TARGET
Well after much deliberation (and badgering by a certain Hippo Lover) yes you know who you are lol.
Last nights gain of 2lbs was the straw that broke the camels back as it were, so im going to write down my daily food, be it good or bad. Hopefully it will keep me on track and get rid of the lard ive gained. I will probably also have moans and rants as we all do and let off steam lol but id rather do it on paper than take it out on loved ones - usually hubby gets the brunt of it .
Please feel free to keep me on the straight and narrow - I only ever do EE
HEXA - 100ml semi skimmed milk/grated cheese
HEXB (Cereal )
Drinks - 3 pints of cordial, 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of pepsi max
Breakfast - Fruit and Fibre with a banana chopped in
Snack - Satsuma and green grapes
Lunch - Jacket Potato with - Lettuce cucumber tomato red onion - grated cheese
Snack - Black grapes
Tea - Slow cooked diet coke gammon, broccoli, cauli, carrots, boiled potatoes in skins, peas
Syns - 2 tsps sugar 1 crunchie 9.5 = 11.5
I passed on crisps, biscuits and xmas cake today at work - go me

You food diary looks amazing...I eat much more than that! Thinking of cutting down my portion sizes! Have cut out booze in the week completely so hope that hels...also hope I don't make up for it over the weekend!

Hi ladies and thanks for the support - im determined to have a loss this week or something is sadly wrong
HEXA - 250ml Semi skimmed milk

Drinks - 1 Tea, 2 cans pepsi max, 2 glasses of pomegranate and red grape juice (WW) Snack -Hard boiled egg, strawberries
Lunch- Leftover cold diet coke gammon with golden vegetable rice, cherry tomatoes
Snack - Grapes green and black, satsumas x 2
Tea -Chicken breast coated with garlic and herbs, SW chips, beans, cherry tomatoes, pease pudding (gotta love it)
Syns -1tsp sugar (1) slice wholemeal bread (3) Curly Wurly (6) After 8's x 2 (4)Total = 14
Had to change my syns as had no crunchies left lol

Keeping a diary really helps. If nothing else you can consult it when you're having a bad week to see what you were eating on a good week Good luck with it and looking forward to following your progress
Thanks hun - I need to do something even just to prove my C wrong lol. Im still taking my tablets but hoping the slimmatea helps with my other problem (the loo) lol
Ive never had to/needed to keep a diary before as I was managing to lose steadily. I will see how it goes and as you say its good to look back on good weeks and see how I did x
Slimmatea is quite good Texty so hopefully it'll help get things moving x

Aw. I really feel for you - I used to suffer with being 'blocked' shall we say but I now take Ducolax every other evening on prescription and it helps although the stomach cramps are v.painful!
Ill have another one tonight hun - I think as long as im taking codeine nothings going to change. Im gonna ring physio on monday
I can see why it's getting you down but try to stay positive - hopefully it'll show at some point.
And your C needs a talking to if she thinks you haven't stuck to plan if your telling her you have. They are there to support you not pick holes in what you say/do.
Ill be ok hun I think I just had a bit of a down night on Wed with her comment - I can usually put up with a lot but that just got to me. Im hoping the scales at next WI will prove im doing the plan
