2nd Time Lucky...I Can Do This!!!

Hi Everyone

I have done a diary before when I did SW before but I thought I would start a new one...

My name is Holly-Louise I'm 22 and I have struggled with my weight all my life.

I have done SW on and off since I was about 16 and I would always lose about a stone and then something would happen like a holiday or birthday and I would stop and never get back into going.

But on my 21st in 2012 I looked at photos of myself on my birthday night and I realised how I need to change my life. That was the September and it took me until the November to actually re join back up to SW.
I did this and I weighed my heaviest at 18st 1.5lbs!!!
the weight came off really quickly and before I knew it, it was the Easter holidays and I have achieved my 4st certificate!!!

i was so proud of myself and so was everyone else! I had lots of support from family, my boyfriend and friends.

Then the worst thing happened... The summer came and so did the bbqs! It was really hard to stay on track for some reason and then I went to Ibiza for two weeks and was brilliant and only gained a pound! How I managed that I don't know. Anyway before I knew it I put weight back on.

It it took me til now to get back on SW but now weighing 17st 9lb I've put most of it back on NAND I'm gutted! :(

BUT... Had my first weigh in Wednesday just gone and I lost 13.5lbs!!!! I am so happy that I am getting back on track and my aim now is to lose the weight and even more. I am back on this mission and I am hoping that I can get support and help from here too

Wow what a fab loss are you posting a food diary to give everyone else an idea of types of foods you are eating as that amount is inspiring !!!
 
​well I was thinking about doing one but I don't know whether to do a food diary on here or on the food diary section x
 
Wow well done on your impressive loss in your first week, that must be great motivation for you!
 
Thank you. Yes it is... It gives me the will power to carry on going... Hopefully I will lose the weight just as quick as I gained it all back on!
 
Good morning! How is everyone?

Lovely weather!

So today I'm going have a BBQ with the OH family! At first I thought ... Ahhhh burgers sausages I can't have them! Then I realised I had a spare bit of chicken breast left over from dinner last night I'm going to have that with salad so that I can still feel included!

I do normally have homemade burgers but I've decided to have something different this time.
