I had my 1st weigh in tonight and i was shocked and absolutely delighted but i managed to loose 4 1/2 lb, ive not even been too strikt with myself this week just been cutting out the crisps and sweets and late night snacking(which is my biggest problem )and i have managed to loose that by just cutting that out i am just so delighted with myself. So my mission for this week is to go swimming a few days this week and to continue what i am doing and more, so hopefully i will have lost half a stone all together by next week.
