Hi

I'm new to SW and having trouble getting started. I have been to one meeting but a bit confused as I seem to keep finding conflicting info. Can someone please clarify:

If I'm on a green day I can have 5 to 15 sins, plus one Healthy Extra A or two Healthy Extra B. Is that right?

Struggling a bit for syn free breakfasts - I like cereal but are all bran and weetabix the only free options?

Have been having jacket potatoes for lunch and quorn sausage/burger plus veg for tea

Snacks have been fruit and veg, mullerlight, Alpen light bars

Someone said that super noodles are free food? I need easy snacks that I can buy from the shop, haven't got time to prep things. Are mugshots free on the green days?

You can have either one or two HEAs (your choice) and two HEBs if you are doing green days. There are huge lists of all the different thing you can have for your healthy extras - way more than just all bran and weetabix. There are some listed in your book and the full list is online under Weight Loss Tools >> Latest Healthy Extras

You can also check your syn values their for instance your quorn sausages and burgers have syns. Low fat supernoodles are syn free but not the standard ones, and some (but not all) mugshots are free. Look in the syn values section on here (you can do a search for particular things) and check your syn values online. If something isn't listed online there is also a syn calculator so you work out the syns from the nutritional information. Yes you can have up to 15 syns a day so start out by having the full amount. You won't lose weight any faster by having fewer syns.

Also take a look at the recipe section on here for meal ideas - there is a sticky thread full of breakfast ideas. It sounds like you need to have a lot more variety in what you are eating and make the most of all those lovely free foods that you can have on green days, and you'll find lots of inspiration there :)
