First post: I am a bit rusty at SW as haven't been for well over a year. Started it this time two years ago - lost 2.5 stone, put it all back on since plus nearly 2 stone. Really annoyed with myself but EVENTUALLY I am feeling like I want to do it again and have some will power. I am not going back to a class until I get to a point where I plateau as I don't have the time but would really benefit from finding out what others eat when they feel like a snack. This I know is my weakness so I need to keep lots in so I never have an excuse to go off the wagon!
I have got some mug shots, strawberries and grapes, Ainsley Harriot couscous (are they free?), quorn ham, options hot choc, mini milks and freddo's in as syn free or minimal syn snacks but please give me further inspiration.
