Advice for Vegetarian newbie
i am considering a change to Slimming World after 10 years of doing Weight Watchers on and off. I find with weightwatchers i yoyo all the time and I'm always hungry.
I've been having a look at my mums SW books and it looks too good to be true! I don't know why I've never tried it before. I've found a meeting that I think I'm going to go along to. Am I right in saying I would stick to green days as I'm a vegetarian? Can you really lose weight eating pasta and potatoes?! If so then this is going to be the perfect diet for me!
