Sliced lemon

So I have a cold and have made myself Honey and Lemon Tea....

I have just sliced the lemon and put in hot water... I know cooking fruit changes it to syns..... So will the lemon now be syns?

I have obviously counted 2.5 syns for a tbsp of Honey

personally i have never counted it when i have it. i do drink hot water with a slice of lemon in the mornings and it has never affected my weight loss.

Aw... poor you! Hope you feel better soon. I don't think putting a slice of lemon in hot water is cooking it - I wouldn't count it as syns
