30 Day Crunch Challenge

After loving the 30 day squat challenge, I've been looking for something else to keep me motivated so decided on the 30 day crunch challenge.. I thought I'd open a thread as being part of one for the squat challenge helped keep me motivated and focused.

Thirty days left in May so starting today will take me nicely to the end of the month, I hope you'll feel free to jump in and join me at anytime :D

I've looked at youtube for the correct way to do crunches turned out I've always been doing the damn things too fast, no wonder they've never really worked

Camplestar there is a thread here for the squat challenge too I'll post it later.... it's basically you build up the number of squats you do in a session over 30 days, toughie but good :)
 
This sounds like a great idea - going to do the crunch & squat challenge! I will start tonight once my dinners gone down!

Lol i was the same. Im going to try and do the crunches first thing in a morning so i dont have to worry. Might do them ladt thing at night too
 
Day two. 25 crunches done

I can feel a diffrernce between doing them in a controlled movement than i was before
 
Right crappy two days foodwise but I've kept up with the crunches :)
