Hello all I'm Miss J I am starting this WOE as of today. I have tried so many diets over the last few years. I'm 32 years old and I'm fed up of battling my weight every year now. So now I've had a real good talking to myself as I binge eat atleast twice week.
my my goal weight is 10.7 lbs by 19th August for my girly holiday to Mexico for 2 weeks I'm so excited , I will be the only fat friend on that beach.... Avoiding the selfies
But no!!! I will drop the weight which is 3 stones & a few pounds.
I start my PT training next week these are 30 minute sessions on Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 6pm these sessions will make me more determined to be 100%
i have started the diet today and so far I've eaten 501 calories tomorrow I'm at a party so I will enjoy it.... I plan to use MFP for tracking & will be eating 2000 calories on my none fast days.
