70 squats (sore at 56 onwards!)
3x10 regular crunch, 3x10 bicycle crunch

Rest day today. No gym!

Crunches - 20 regular, 20 vertical, 20 hill reach

Did squats in my weights routine today, 45 with 2 x 7.5kg weights on my shoulders!

Abs were hard after yesterday....I'm dreading tomorrow...!

30 mins speed walk on treadmill, 6.07 mins was running :)
The plank, not brilliant, but better than I thought !

I like this challenge though, as it still makes you do something even although you may not have the time :)

Today I managed 500 cal at gym

50 sec plank
55 squats & 62 crunches!

Totally wiped out tonight! Early nite for me! :)
