Did squats in my weights routine today, 45 with 2 x 7.5kg weights on my shoulders!
Abs were hard after yesterday....I'm dreading tomorrow...!

I like this challenge though, as it still makes you do something even although you may not have the time

Totally wiped out tonight! Early nite for me!
