Plank - 41 secs (a dis-provement of 3 seconds!)
Crunches - 20 regular; 20 hill reach; 20 vertical
Squats - 60 - left it out of my weights segment as my hip is giving me a bit of bother so just did regular squats, thinking I may well start the squat challenge as having the weights on my shoulders isn't working....
Good job mrs not every plank is going to get longer! X
