Monday 24th March:
Green Day


Breakfast:
- 40g weetabix all bran crunch (HeB)
- 250ml Semi Skimmed milk (HeA)

Snack:
- graze brownie (5.5 syns)

Lunch:
- tomato and onion pasta 'n' sauce (free)
- 30g red Leicester (HeA)
- beetroot salad (superfree)

Dinner:
- chickpea dahl (free)
- Weight watchers petit pain (HeB)
- uncle bens wholegrain micro rice (2 syns)
- salad (superfree)

Healthy Extras:
A: 250ml SS milk, 30g Red Leicester
B: 40g weetabix all bran crunch, ww petit pain

Syns: 7.5/15
 
Just weighed in & it was +1lb. Fully expected as I've been very half arsed about it all this week due to work/uni stress. It felt good to weigh in and face the music, the line has been drawn and I'm already 100% back on it.

Quite disappointed that I've only lost 4lbs this month which just isn't good enough and has spurred me on big time. April is going to be my month and I want my 3.5 award!

Let's do this!
