Day two nearly complete - just falling asleep left.
I'm fairly worried for tomorrow and the days after - I am travelling to London (from Sweden) for work and it will be real tough. All my meetings are basically over lunch or dinner but I am most worried about Friday because my meetings are cancelled so I have a full day alone in the city and then in the airport lounge and that's just sheer torture.... I just have to remind myself that this is necessary and if I can just get over these three days I'll be firmly in ketosis and ok after. Make or break.
Maybe I can annoy you by posting instead of cheating every time I'm tempted? Not joke, it would likely help but it would be super annoying...
