Anyone up for a 30-Day Shred Challenge?

Ok, Day 2 done! I can safely say that those hideous side lunges with shoulder raise thingies are my least favourite, by a mile!

woohoo! day 2 complete. I agree about the side lunges but I think I prefer them to the straight up and down presses..... I think I would benefit from some 1 and 3 kg weights. 1kg for the two things I have just mentioned and 3kg for the flat on your back arm raises and the bicep curls.

Keep thinking it would be a waste of money but then I have been using my 2kg weights quite consistantly since I bought them in early 2011 (except for a huge pregnancy gap)

I am defininately aching more today in my arms and shoulders. Hope I can get through the thing tomorrow!

Argh, I'm so not feeling shred this week. I just can't get myself out of bed in the morning! Tomorrow is the day though!

Have kickboxing tonight but decided to see how I get on doing Shred on the same day. So day 3- Check!

Out of curiosity, RawrGirl decided try Level 2 today. Ha! From now on, she thinks she will stick to Level 1, and doesn't even want to know what Level 3 has in store.

I did the same but spun my arms like a mad woman! Not sure if it was right but I'm sure it burned calories!
 
Haven't tried either yet but I have heard that level 3 is not that much worse than level 2. Still need to get on with today's shredding.....

Yep, 2 and 3 are equally tough. Definitely do-able after Level 1 though! Happy Shredding x

RawrGirl is surprisingly not that sore, so will be doing it sometime today.

Thanks buddy! Big date tmw (dinner and comedian) so don't think I'll get to shred again until Sat. My dilemma now is that baby seems to be dropping to one nap a day and it was during her morning nap that I used to shred, shower breakfast etc.! Today I had to wait until lunch time!
