I've been reading thru your posts on the diet vut notice there doesnt seem to be too many recent entries - are there many of you out there still on it and if so how you getting on? I've been on LT and want to switch to something abit more social and less severe - can easily follow 500 cal for a dd, was thinking I would use up my LT shakes for a dd, would this be ok? any advice woul dbe appreciated as I have about 3 stone to lose and I want to get it gone as fast as i can without totally depriving myself Thanks all xxxxx
