Ill have some of this action. I'm hoping for close to another 1 stone off before my holiday in September then the rest off by Christmas. Fingers crossed xxx going to enjoy watching everyone else's journey and successes too xx

By what I want to loose that's 3lb a week which seems perfectly achievable. Got to love a target!! It would be nice to think every week I get a 3lb or higher loss that I could be 10 stone at Christmas!!
Would love to see other people's weekly targets to get them there makes it seem more realistic you may either love me or hate me for this
