Thanks for trying to find an excuse for my gain..... ;) lol
I weigh first thing in the morning so I'm not sure the 'fluctuates through the day' works!! lol
I'm not too worried, I don't think half a pound is anything to worry about in the grand scheme of things.



I was 'out of action' all day yesterday after going to a Holloween party on Friday evening. Lets just say yesterday was a 'I'm never drinking again' kind of day!!! UGH. I didn't get out of bed until the afternoon and then I sat on the sofa and did nothing. When will I ever learn! Needless to say, I think I probably had my weekly syns worth in alcohol but never mind! I'll try and cut back a little this week to make up for it!

Stayed on plan yesterday, though I didn't eat much anyway as I felt so rough!

They're actually really nice.....I hope they are the right ones as they taste pretty good for half a syn!!

Alcohol ''could'' be not counted as syns because its just fluid! LOL

Well, that's my thinking too........haha!!

Not brilliant this week to be honest have had 2 birthdays bonfire night and another 2 bday celebrations to go yet xx but will be back strict next week
 
Yes I know, am at my cousins for tea so gonna call in to tesco and look for the heck sausages as she lives near a big onev
