I will be happy to lose 0.5 -1 pound a week if i can eat as i am now, wouldnt care how long it takes. On WW i felt so deprived i would binge but i dont feel deprived on this.

Out for c25k run again this morning supposed to do 20 mins but really couldnt make it managed 12 mins 20 before I stopped to walk for a bit plan to try get over 15 mins on my next run and then the 20 mins on the one after that. Still pleased with 12 mins before I started this training I struggled with 1 minute!

Rest day today so no run... still tired tho doesnt help having a 2 half year old who still doesnt sleep through the night she spent an hour at 3 am last night kicking me in the head as she insists that when she gets in to bed with us she lies horizontally across the pillows last night I got her feet :mad::D

disappointed with myself today :( not through eating which is good just my morning run supposed to be up to 20 mins non stop now managed 13 mins then my foot was hurting so I stopped although if I am honest think I would have stopped anyway thought I would start back up after a few minutes walk and then started getting a stomach ache so just walked home. Maybe I am not cut out to running for long periods. Have just put it into G maps and my 13 mins took me 1.9k how the hell am I going to get to 5k:eek:

oh well tomorrows another day:D

Last night tasting went well resulting in me having 21.5 syns didnt have tea tho as I didnt need to cuz I had eaten so much at class :D:D Managed to lose 1 half pounds whoop whoop so pleased its the most I have lost in a week in ages, its usually just half. Must be the exercise kicking in and actually burning fat now. C25k training this morning was ok woke up with a terrible stomach ache :( ( possibly the 2 hifis I had last night ! :D) but forced myself out and managed to jog 14 mins with a walk break and then another 1min 30 so I am getting there just a bit slower. Still have 4 weeks till race for life so plenty of time to repeat a week of training if needed :)

Off out today to a childrens birthday party its at 2pm going to eat at 1 at home so I am not tempted to eat there :)
Just ran a mile today had the Nike plus for my birthday and to calibrate it it says to run a mile so that it can work out your stride ect. Found a mile quite easy whod of though I would of said that 6 months ago!

Yes it definately is shining lol years gone past I would have stuffed myself silly on chocs, cake and drink :D

today I ran 2 miles yayyyyyyyy took me 20 mins so its the 20 minute run I have been struggling to acheive. Not bad either considering youngest was doing her usual last night and had me awake several times through the night

Weigh in this evening and I have absolutely no idea how Ive done usually cuz I weigh all the time I know, but not this week :)
Feeling a little bit under the weather today think I have conjunctivitis my eye keeps weeping and last night while asleep it glued itself together also have a headache and sore throat :( still attempted my run tho and managed a 12 min and 8 min with 2 mins walk in between was a bit slower than normal too probably because of the way I was feeling 1st thing. Day of rest tomorrow then back to it to try increase my distance again from 3.2k to 3.6k

Really fed up today :( after putting half a pound on. I actually felt good before weigh in Thought I had lost because I had stuck to plan again upped my mileage on my running and even felt slim only to find I had actually gained cant see what if anything I did anything different from the week before I know I went over syns last weds but over the week I was under syns. didnt enjoy the mini pig out I had last night and went to bed bloated.

oh well here we go again!
