Back to the food thing, yes it will slow down weight loss as you wouldn't experience such a calorie deficit (I'm ignoring the ketosis factor for now!) - an average person needs 2000 cals per day (or 14000 per week) for maintenance, and we have approx 425 per day (or 2975 per week). This means our deficit is (assuming we're 'normal'!) 11025. 1lb of fat is equivalent to 3500 cals, to 11025/3500 = 3.15lbs burnt off.
It therefore stands to reason that if you sub'd 1 shake for a 500 cal meal, suddenly your daily intake increases to approx 750 cals, meaning a weekly deficit of 8750 and so an expected loss of around 2.5lbs.
In terms of ketosis, this occurs when the body runs out of glycogen stores - ie your body has no carbs to burn, so begins burning fat (ketones are the by product, hence ketosis). Therefore if you ate zero carb foods, you WOULD stay in ketosis. After all, Atkins and other low carb diets are all based on eating real food but aim to put you in ketosis. Personally I have just been on holiday and (intentionally!) did not remain 100% TFR - I ate on 3 separate occasions. Each time I chose food that was high protein and low / zero carb (basically just white meat or fish and veg on all 3 occasions) and I remained in ketosis (confirmed with ketostix!) As such, I had no cravings, no hunger, felt full quickly, and have had no problems AT ALL returning to 100% TFR. However - and it's a big however - I think that's very much mental; I had decided before I started Lipotrim that I would still eat a couple of times on hols (I only started 3 weeks ago - it was either have food on hols, or not start LT until I returned - and I couldn't wait that long!) and there was never any question about me returning to it 100% when I got back.
So no, physically it is not difficult to return to TFR after eating (if the foods chosen are appropriate) but I suspect that mentally it very much depends on why you ate in the first place.
