Well, I am on day 6 of my Fast Start, taking 22 points instead of my allocated 27.
I've been hitting between 18.5-23 points a day, and I don't want to fill up on junk when I'm not hungry, does that make sense?
Any advice? I suppose I could bulk up my fruit intake, that would take me up to the full allocation...?
