Weighed in, plus 1lb this week. I expected more really. Body fat percentage up 0.7%. Not too downhearted though, as I threw on a pair of cropped chinos this morning. I pulled them on without undoing them. They are the trousers that were a good 4 inches from even closing when I started a few weeks ago.
I've not eaten anything yet today. I had a big coffee this morning and loads of water. I will probably just have a shake and a Greek salad for the rest of today.
