Best of luck with this. It is hard, but focus on each day on its own and get through that day - then you'll be at first WI and you'll have a weightloss superior to anything you could have with other diets! That'll motivate you for the next week and so on. After a short time, you'll feel your clothes looser, you'll start fitting into "old" clothes and all of them are a motivation!
You'll probably have some hunger pangs the first day or two - but nothing excessive - drink lots of water and I find black coffee great if I'm feeling hungry. After a short period of time, this just becomes part of life.
The results are amazing!! With your partner supporting you, that's all you need. The only person that knows I do this is my partner. I'm sure there would be all kinds of opinions at work, but I just didn't tell them (not always an option for people as you have to have your shakes somewhere)
