hi all! im new have been taking orlistat for 4 days now.
iv got a lot to lose but im determined and i will do it!!
just wondering since starting the tablets i get a bit of pain around my bottom ribs towards the side has anyone else had this whilst taking orlistat? i havnt had any today thank god!! (im probs just being paranoid!)
iv been having a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, 2 sandwiches with lettuce red onion and a small slice of ham for lunch and my evening meal varies however last night it was some soup, the night before that i had a stir fry with salmon and veg.
today its my day off work and iv been naughty n had 2 of these low fat chocolate dessert/yoghurt things aswell as some toast with apricot jam and my bowl of cereal and iv had some of the dreaded orangeness! the desserts did say they were less than 3% fat and when i looked at the nutritional info it wasnt very much but there was clearly some fat somewhere n the tablets have done their bit for that slip up.
im trying to have as little fat as possible in my meals making healthier choices and snacking a lot less than i would normally!
i've got about 4 or 5 stone to lose (not decided yet) so i know it will take a little while but im going on holiday on 12th november and would absolutely love for some noticeable results by then!
