Hi, tomorrow is the day I'm back on the weightwatchers wagon with one hundred percent determination! I need to try and shift some extra baggage I appear to have acquired over the last year and although I have problems with my thyroid and an currently trying to sort out medication, I need to admit I've not helped the situation with skipping meals and snacking on biscuits and sweets.
I've done this before losing a total of 9stone and I can do it again but I only need to lose two stone this time round!
I've eaten awfully today and honestly feel so rubbish, it's surprising how horrid making bad choices can make you feel both physically and mentally but I'm really looking forward to sticking to a meal plan and shifting some pounds!!
I'll be posting my menus on here to help keep me on track but I also need to vary my diet as I tend to stick to the same meals, also looking forward to seeing other peoples diaries and getting some inspiration
