Lunch Ham salad with asda 50% less coleslaw 50g 2.5synns

Dinner Roast lamb mash potatoes, garden peas and gravy mmmmm

Need to eat my hexa 40g of catherdral light cheese and pineapple chunks my Eurovision snack

It was a bit late for breakfast so had brunch instead

Brunch

BLT Made with hexb extra light mayo 1 syn
Big cup of tea with 3 Demerara brown sugar cubes oh my gosh 3 Syns ;0

Dinner

Pork chop all fat removed, onion gravy made with oxo cube, carrots and green beans, mash potatoes this whole meal syn free it was so good nom nom

Supper

Batchelor pasta and sauce tomatoe and herb, mixed leaves salad
Hexa catherdral light 40g

What a dreadful day stuck in a meeting for 3hrs this morning didn't even have breakfast that will teach me not to plan my day grrrr

Portobello mushrooms with garlic and 60g low low cheese spread hexa 1 slice of whm bread hexb

Dinner

Small bowl chilli concarne and batchelor savoury rice and salad

Off to a wedding reception tonight so few cheeky drinkies for me hehe

Dinner BBQ tesco quarter pounder, 50g tesco coleslaw and 100g healthy living potato salad

After the weekend I'm gonna say I've used 55syns

A slimming world consultant come into my bank and let's me know about puffed wheat so I invested in some oh my gosh I've only had 17g in a bowl and it was full.


Breakfast 17g of puffed wheat 1/2 hexb and 80ml of whole milk 1/2 hexa, mango.

Lunch Tesco mixed sushi 1.5 Syns and strawberries, vanilla muller yoghurt.

Dinner pulled pork so delicious, skinless chicken thigh 100g potatoe salad and mixed salad.

Snacks, quavers, cappucino muller yoghurt.
 
I love Puffed Wheat 35gms just seems loads in the bowl, the bowl always overflows once you pour the milk over them :)
 
Had a shocking week so far weigh in day Saturday and I doubt I will have a loss but today I'm gonna draw a big flatline under the last few days

Chilli concarne batchelors rice

Superspeed tomato soup recipe ( lunch )

2 x 400g tins of tomatoes 1 tin of carrots (drained)
1 tin baked beans 1 chicken oxo or bovril stock cube 1/2 pint water
1 pickled onion place all ingredients in a liqudiser or food processor then blend. Heat as required.
Think I will use knorr chicken stock pot it has a lovely flavour

4 original ryvita, hexb, 60g of low low cheese spread hexa wafer thin ham, and cup of tomatoe speed soup

Dinner
Indian takeaway, lamb rogan josh, boiled rice and a cheeky poppadom

Hi nattie oh I haven't tried that one, is it really spicy I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to hot stuff lol. Have you got a food diary need some tips to stay on track
