Hi I lost quite a bit of weight a few yrs ago with ww, doing it at home as my mum used to go to
The meetings. Ive now had 2 children (3 1/2 and 14 weeks) and I'm at my heaviest at almost 13st. I used to love ww but seemed to platue an get bored/fed up last time I was on it an then it changed to pp. I we t an joined skimming world for a change an did it for a few weeks before falling preg with 2nd child. It was ok, but now I'm looking at loosing this weight and trying to decide what to go with. I've tried doing sw myself thus past 2 weeks, Indus lose well last week but I think I need to go to a meeting. Just not sure sw is the one, everything has to be made from scratch an whilst I don't mind that, it's difficult to always find the time, at least with we I can stick some oven chips in an not have wait an hr for my chips to cook from scratch!
So sorry for going on! What I really want to know is a bit about the pro points as I never really gave it a chance before. I know there's daily an weekly pp, can anyone explain a bit more to help me decide? thanks
