I am changing to calorie counting from S W

It's definitely a good short-term thing to do to kick-start things. I did it CC 2 weeks ago and lost 3lb to take me to my lowest weight since before my 2 pregnancies. I still attended SW group (although kept quiet about my method) then maintained the week after. The problem is I have struggled to get back focused on SW 100% again and may even gain this week. Think it's because I enjoyed eating things like crumpets. I am only 6lbs from target so I am tempted to throw in a bit more CC to get me there a bit quicker - I'm just a bit worried that dabbling around may be overall detrimental, as I am sure that SW is the one for me long term so I don't want to mess up my hard work
