Weigh day tomoz.....got a feeling I may have sts but we will see, my metabolism which was never fast anyway seems to have gone even slower since I stopped the fags....5 months on Tuesday!

Well weigh day tomoz, I have had a very good week so we shall see, off on my hols on Weds to Fuerteventura and planning to just enjoy myself and sort out whatever damage there is when I get home!! First beach holiday as a non smoker...scarey stuff!!

Well I have just come back from a beautiful 10 days in Fuerteventura! Goodness knows what damage I have done but will weigh in on Friday....I did not smoke or drink on holiday but probably more than made up for that with food!

Hi all, havent been on here in the longest time. I have been really really missing my Mum and dieting went out of the window tbh but have had a firm talk to myself!
Back on today and weighed in at 17 2 which I was bizarrely happily surprised with iykwim!
Still off the ciggies which I am totally amazed about so roll on being in the 16's (again!).

Thank you! Just heard yesterday that a woman at work has been diagnosed with the cancer that killed Mum, bless her she is terminal as well. I felt like Id been kicked in the gut,brought everything back ,all the pictures in my head of Mum rushed in. Then obviously felt guilty for feeling down when I know what that poor woman and her family will be going through,she is only 57....life can be so unfair.
Dieting, however is going fine, DD yesterday and UD today so all ok in that regard.

Take care all, next weigh in will be Sunday so fingers crossed.xxx

Thanks TH, actually I think all that emotion did me good, I had a good old cry and feel tons better for it.
Weigh in day is actually tomorrow and I do feel a bit lighter so we shall see!!
