I was and then at the end of toning today i got on the wobble machine (you sit on it|) I was chatting away to the lady who was working there and suddenly realised I was sat dead opposite a huge mirror - omg I looked hideous - its that moment when I see myself that I just wanna run away and hide in a hole - feel so beastly again...do not let me give this up!

30 minute walk today, also spent 2 hours cleaning window and cleaning all my doors and skirting boards. Back aches, arms ache and so does my bum muscles!?! :confused: but it's worth it

Does anyone here use the app 'fitocracy'? It's a good addition to MFP. You can beat exercise targets and get badges - it's sort of a social networking game for fitness. It has all different kinds of challenges ranked in order of difficulty and you can also join groups on there. Worth checking out if you have an iphone or other compatible device :) I'm not joining this challenge at the moment because I exercise about 40 mins a day 'just walking' at the moment but I know if I think about it too much it will feel like a challenge and I will get overwhelmed with the pressure and crash on diet and exercise front. At the moment just putting my focus into 1200 cals a day net. I am really pleased with what I'm doing though because up to a few months ago I wasn't exercising much at all! Also you're all doing really well with this so congratulations!!! :) SG.
 
Just downloaded it, looks really good. I like apps like this. I had previously downloaded nexcersize which is similar :D
