I've always been bigger, sometimes really big - like now -sometimes a smaller big. I need to do this again to take control of my eating. I eat at nights, day eating is fine but in the evenings I eat too much. The plan is to start with 5 packs a day and keep busy in the evenings by making myself go to the gym... I'm starting today so fingers crossed I can do a day.... I like the slim and save meals, in particular the spicy spaghetti with some allowed veg + a shake in the morning...
