Hi both - thanks for the replies. Need to go shopping but have done reasonable day yesterday and so far so good today. Yesterday, had 2 sausages, bacon and fried egg for breakfast, lunch was tuna with fat mayo, cucumber, chunk of cheese and small amount of pickles beetroot and for dinner, had Iceland 100% beef quarter pounder (this had 0.3 grams of carbs) with slice of cheese and fried egg and a few pumpkin seeds. Today so far had cheese omelette cooked in butter, tesco crustless quiche (not low fat) and 24 grams of carbs for half the quiche, some strawberries and double cream. Not sure about dinner yet though. Any comments will be gratefully received. Suexx
