Hey Kerry, congrats on such a phenomenal loss in your first week and sorry about the gain this week. At least you know with a great 100% week what the benefits of the plan can be.

I am also a Friday weigher and have been doing SW for quite a while now. Good luck with your journey and if you've any questions don't be afraid to ask - everyone here is so knowledgable and friendly :) xx

I put on 3.5lb between December and then an all inclusive Caribbean holiday at the start of January. Lost 1lb in three days last week and this is my first full week back on plan so will find out by Friday - hoping to have the full 3.5lb gain off by the end of January then it's full steam ahead to target!x

Limited wifi/internet so haven't been doing diary. Back to normal hopefully

Hex B: 60g wholemeal roll

B: grapes 2 satsumas 2 bananas

L: batchelors mac cheese (4 syns) 2 satsumas banana

D: malcolm allan burgers, bread roll, sw chips, beans, melon and cherries

Snacks: vanilla latte (4 syns) slice of pizza (12syns)

Total syns: 20. Just couldn't resist a bit if pizza :-/

Thanks. Very pleased with 8.5lb loss for the month of January. Expecting ti settle down to an average 1/2-1lb loss per week now, that's normal for me.
