Hiya, after trying so many diets and recently deciding to quite lipotrim (I just didn't feel like it was good for me) I've decided to just go back to good old healthy eating and exercise! I've lost weight before like this so I know I can do it again, and with a holiday to Ibiza coming up this summer I've got all the motivation I need! So I'm going to use this thread to document all my meals for the next few months, wish me luck! Xxxx
