I'm back - AGAIN.
And when I say first 2 times unlucky I mean more like first 22 times!!!! I have given myself the runaround since August 2013, having had a fabulous first 10 weeks and then it all went downhill from there!
HOWEVER, I WANT TO BE SLIM, I WANT TO WEAR NICE CLOTHES, I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND I HAVE FINALLY REALISED THAT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS STOPPED ME DOING THIS IS ME !!!!
I've just been having a look at some of the threads that I am subscribed to on here, but that I haven't read in a while and I am slightly amazed (and very jealous) of the amount of weight people have lost since I last checked in on their diaries! Well done to everyone and shame on me for not being one of ye!
So I am rejoining tonight - and I'm really looking forward to it! My best total loss at SW since I joined was 1 stone 10lbs so I'm interested to see what weight I am tonight and how much catching up I have to do to get back to that place and then move beyond!
I am definitely gonna need all the help and encouragement I can get so please feel free to subscribe and pop in whenever suits
I will update later with my current weight and mini targets for the weeks ahead.
