Lipotrim- A Mans Journey 2015

Hi,

Had weigh in last night and have another 5lb gone so feeling good now :) Its hard but my aim is to try stick to this and get as close to goal as possible. After this i plan to do the reedfeed and maintenance for few weeks just to try keep it under control. Once finally free of Lipotrim products plan is to join slimming world and keep this weight off forever. I have got back to running now and it is such much easier as the weight comes off. Im only doing 30 mins at moment following couch to 5 k plan. I want to get back to running and healthy eating to keep this off.

So far i have been 100% with no cheating. I find weekends the hardest but am trying to keep busy to avoid giving in to any tempatations. The end goal is going to be worth all this hard work.

Oh wow.. You are doing great... And you seem positive.. Well done!!!

Thanks it not always easy to stay positive. It is a tough diet but i really think the results are amazing and im determined to stay 100% and keep pushing this weight off. Plan is to keep it off then with regular excercise and healthy diet.

Your losses look great too, keep up the good work.

Live lost 20lbs in 2 weeks, Still 100%. How did your weigh in go Thursday?

Was away for few days for break so didnt have weigh in until Friday. Lost 7lbs last week so delighted with that. 20 Lbs in two weeks thats fantastice well done you.
 
Hi All,

Here are my latest stats lost 7 lb last week so total loss so far is 33lbs. I am now on week 6 day 3 and have stayed 100% throughout. I find Fridays is my toughest day as i think im hungry and want to get a takeaway. I have resisted breaking so far and hope to keep going until mid April if i can. This is a tough diet not for the faint hearted but i think the results are great for motivating me and helping me stick to it 100%. Hope you are all getting on well. Give me an update anyone out there :)

thank you :) well done to you too. 7lbs is awesome, and 33lbs in 6 weeks is super awesome. Keep it up .. April will be here before you know it and if you've done 6 weeks you can easily do another 6 :)

Well done Mark on another 5lbs off :) awesome stuff. Keep going though, what's another month when you've done nearly two. Don't give up now when you are so close, you'll regret it so much. Just imagine how amazing you'll feel when you get to April and have stayed 100%.

Thanks Joanie, yes its going well so far just have few days where i feel like pigging out :) not real hunger just psycological :). Only few people have mentoined it so far at work, keeping low profile to avoid temptations :). How are you getting on?

Hi Katie,

I know plan is to try stay on it now til mid April so only six more weigh ins to go :) Have my ups and downs on this and think of packing it in but i think its the weigh in results that keep me going. I would of took ages to lose this amount on a different diet.

Thats a first - me an inspiration :) How are you getting on? You have had great losses so far.

Thanks Mark getting on great- again it's the mental challenge rather than the physical! I'm so happy with the results and like you looking at another 6 weeks. I haven't said anything in work only my hubby and mummy have been told and if towards the end people do ask I'll tell but I faced so much negativity about the diet from people who were jealous last time that I really can't be bothered with that this time round!

Like you I wouldn't lose so quick normally and to be halfway to goal in such short timeframes is great and seeing how well others are doing is motivating!
