Hey Loulou, been reading through your food diaries - all looks good, just have to try and make sure that 1/3 plate is superfree fruit/veg but looks like your doing that so all good :) How are you finding 30 day shred - i really want to start exercise after new year and i'm looking at that or slim in 6.

Btw - lurve eggy bread as well, with mushrooms/turkey rashers and red sauce mmmmmm!

Ah I do struggle sometimes with superfree! I'm not a fan of veg so I rely on fruit mostly - my next challenge will be to eat 5 portions of fruit/veg every day. I've upped the amount of water and exercise so I can do that too - I think.

I'm liking the 30 day shred even though I ache like mad! Having a rest day today haha. I'm sure I can see an improvement in my strength and energy though even though its only been 3 days.

Starting in the new year seems like a much more sensible idea! I'm too impulsive and didn't think about how I'm unlikely to keep it up over Xmas when I started. Ah well :D

You know the spicy chicken and tomato pasta you have for lunch, do you make that yourself? If so could you post the recipe it sounds lovely

The spicy chicken is super easy haha it's just chicken, pasta & whatever veg you like and any jar of tomato pasta sauce (which is why there's syns) with some jalapenos added to make it spicy.
