Ohh good news. I got a missed delivery card last night, so I collected the parcel first thing this morning. It's my flavouring yea!!

Can't wait to start experimenting :D
 
Stop stressing at the scales if it helps within a week my weight can fluctuate by 5lb, which can at ary but I know thats how my body works and youll see by the next weigh day there will be another loss :D

I'm the same lol its because as your moodamonitor says your focused and WANT to well. Have a fab day with your flavourings and just shout if you need a taste tester hahaha :D

pomegranate juice! is that allowed? mmm i like pomegranate juice too x

It's definitely not allowed :-(. The OH forgot and bought it for me. It was in the fridge and I couldn't resist. Same with the lamb meatballs tut tut tut!

OMG today was absolutely dreadful worse than yesterday :-( :-(
 
Right, come on get yourself in the zone, get the recipes of the recipe thread and get experimenting deffo recomend the diet coke chicken and sweet and sour chicken, plan the meals for the day and stick to them, put the on the fridge, thats where mine is. My meals are planned for the week although im not dukaning 100%, im still going to use the recipes and making them fit my plan.

Get your weekend over and done with and start on Monday.

Have a fabulous birthday too hun xx

Thanks CPL, this is just the kick up the but I need :). Not a good day today but Tuesday I'll start a fresh 100% :D

Totally gone off the rails. It's a good job my birthday is only once a year :)
