Red Day


Breakfast:- 2x weetabix (Heb) skimmed milk (Hea) banana

Dinner:- Ham salad (lettuce, tomato, cucmber, pepper, onion, carrots and cabbage) muller light

Tea:- Ham and veg (beanspouts, carrots, peppers, tomatos, cabbage and mushrooms)

Snacks:- 2x alpen light bars (Heb) melon, strawberrys, apricots and apples

Syns:- none
 
Weigh in today hope it goes well, Next week will be back to work as I will have regular meal times again but little baby izzy is so worth it :)

I put on half, I needed to put on 1 so have to pay again next week, I might lower my target I hate having to put the weight back on it feels wrong lol
Wow what a week it has been, my little niece is amazing :) back to work next week so things get back to normal food wise :)

That seems to be weird all right, having to put on weight to stay on.target.....
Wish I was at that stage..lol

Im off to my aunties house tonight for a movie night and tea but shes cooking slimming world bean chilli :)
