Lost 2lbs last night :)

Breakfast: 35g porriage (Heb) Banana

Lunch: Bake potato, beans and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucmber, pepper, onion, cabbage and carrot)

Tea: Noodles and stir fry veg

Snacks: jelly, 2x alpen light bars (Heb), apple, melon, grapes, muller light and apricots

Syns:
half for jelly

Breakfast:
2x weetabix (Heb) skimmed milk (Hea) banana

Snack:
apple

Dinner:
Ham salad (lettuce, tomato, cucmber, pepper, onion and carrot) muller light

Tea:
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucmber, pepper, onion, carrot and cabbage) and slimming world quiche (mushrooms, onion, ham, peppers)

Snacks:
apricot, melon and grapes

Syns:
none

Breakfast:- 2x weetabix (Heb) skimmed milk (Hea) banana

Lunch:- Slimming world quiche and salad (lettuce, tomato, cumcber, pepper and onion)

Tea: Chicken salad (same salad as lunch)

Snacks:
Yoghurt, apricots, apple, pear and grapes

Syns: none
 
Weigh in yesterday and lost 1lb and iv changed my target so need to get another 2lb off to get back into target.

Chick pea dahl and salad (same salad as lunch time :))

Snacks:
Apple, apricots, plums, yoghurt and melon

Its been a very busy few days with people off at work so not been able to post my food diary but iv been on plan 100% so fingers crossed.

Tea:- Slimming world wedges with mint and cucumber dip and salad (mushrooms, lettuce, onion, tomato, cucmber. pepper, cabbage and carrot)

Snacks:-
plum, apricots, muller light yoghury, melon and orange
