I use the recipe from SW Sauces book it's high in syns but worth it for special occasions:

2 level tbsp cornflour
284ml skimmed milk
113g Stilton Cheese
142g Fat Free Fromage Frais
Salt and Pepper
Blend cornflour with a little of the milk to make a smooth paste. Pour the remaining milk into a pan and bring to the boil, then add the cornflour mixture stirring continuously for 1-2 mins until thickened. Add stilton. reduce and simmer, stirring often, until melted.
Remove pan from heat and gradually beat in Fromage Frais, season well and reheat gently, do not boil as fromage frais will curdle.
That serves 4 and is 8.5 syns per serving. Enjoy xx

i lost 3 pounds this week i am so happy feel like i am getting back on track finally.

thursday 12th ee day
dinner - sw kfc chicken with butternut squash rice and peppers.omg the chicken was to die for :)

friday 13th ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - melon, ham, seafood sticks and tomatoes
snacks - 6 x finn crisp hxb 250ml semi skinned milk hxa and 6 glasses of water
dinner - not decided yet

weekend was good got 2 hours and half walking down on saturday
i had a good weekend food wise apart from some breaded fish and mcains chips but i dont know the syns so i will forget about them.

monday 16th jan ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - tuna with cucumber and sweetcorn
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk hxa 6 x glasses of water and 1 mug of green tea
dinner - chicken with thai spice (not sure on syns)

i am planning to do 30 day shred again tonight and zumba

Hi Lolly, not been able to get to all diaries for last few days and now can't remember which I have been to, so if I repeat myself just put it down to the ramblings of a demented old woman :giggle:

i managed zumba last night 20 mins but not the shred

tuesday 17th jan ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - baked beans
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb) 250ml semi skinned milk (hxa) 6 x glasses of water 1 green tea, cucumber, tomatoes and ham

dinner - steak, sw chips, peas, blue cheese mushroom sauce
dessert - black forest gateu

i know the dinner and dessert are gonna be high in syns but today if a special day its 4 years today me and the bf have been together :)
